The Office of Academic Affairs (formerly Cambridge Health Alliance Center for Professional and Academic Development) was established for CHA's credentialed medical staff and allied health staff by the CHA Provider Organization (CHAPO) in 2011 to:

  • Cultivate professional satisfaction and academic advancement

  • Align academic pursuits and CHA's strategic aims

  • Help clinicians lead improvement and change

  • Provide internal and external opportunities

  • Celebrate and disseminate clinician accomplishments

  • Nurture relationships, joy and meaning in work
