Academic Poster Session
We are pleased to announce the 17th annual CHA Academic Poster Session. This signature event will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:30 pm, at the Row Hotel at Assembly Row. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your accomplishments and engage in meaningful conversations with your CHA colleagues. Trainees are especially encouraged to participate. All materials are available on our webpage. Projects should be aligned with the priorities of the institution.
Submission Information: All posters must be submitted via the Poster Submission Form.
Deadline: Submissions must be received by Mon, February 23rd, at 5:00 PM.
Format: Posters should be 48” x 36” and submitted as a Google Slide or PDF.
Late Submissions: No exceptions will be made for late submissions.

Acceptance Details:
Review Criteria: Please review the Poster Assessment Criteria. Our goal is to be inclusive of all our innovative work, yet we are limited to 80 posters due to space constraints. Historically, we have been able to accommodate over 95% of submissions.
Guidance: Please refer to the Poster Guidance document for components and technical specifications before submitting.
Awards: Best poster award(s) will be presented.
