The CHA Center for Professional and Academic Development is delighted to host the 16th annual CHA Academic Poster Session on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 6:30 pm, at the Row Hotel at Assembly Row. This signature CHA event offers the opportunity to share meaningful conversations and accomplishments with your CHA colleagues. Trainees are especially encouraged to participate.

Call for Submissions:

  • Submit a completed poster (48” x 36”) and fill out our submission form by Mon, February 24th, 5pm via the Poster Submission Form. In the interest of fairness, no exceptions will be made for late submissions. Unless there are major concerns about the poster not meeting the Poster Assessment Criteria, all posters received by this date and time will be displayed at the session. In the past the acceptance rate has been greater than 95%. In addition, best poster awards will be given in each category.

  • Please review the following guidance document before submitting a poster:

  • If you would like CHA Marketing to print your poster (without charge), please adhere to the stylistic specifications listed in the recommended poster guidance document linked above.

Timeline:

  • Mon, February 24: Submissions due by 5:00pm. Late submissions will not be considered 

  • Wed, April 16: Academic Poster Session
