The David H. Bor Library fund was established by in 2002 in honor of the then Chief of Medicine, David Bor. A group of colleagues, friends, student/resident alumni and community donors raised over $100,000 with the intent of supporting educational activities that benefit the CHA community. In its early years, interest earned from the endowment made possible the humanities section of the Bor Library and helped fund the publication of the Auscultations Literary Arts Journal.
