Hiring and Retention of Graduate level trainees

Over the past 5 years, one-third of CHA-sponsored residency program graduates (in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) stay on at CHA. Many other grads who stay locally but choose to practice elsewhere take volunteer teaching positions at CHA.
