PROMOTIONS
Members of our research and teaching faculty have academic appointments with Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine. Each School has different promotion processes, requirements and criteria for promotion. Our promotion numbers are lower than we would like, and we see this as an opportunity for improvement. Areas include mentorship, support for CV preparation, and navigating the promotion process. The institution will continue to work with faculty on factors that pose challenges to promotion, including the ability to teach, perform research, and publish.
