Sr. Director labor Relations/ Site Nurse leader Everett Hospital

Cecilia Buckley is a Senior Director of Labor Relations for Nursing /Site Nurse Leader at Everett Hospital. These roles involve her fostering and building relationships across the organization as well as being a resource for clinical issues at Everett Hospital. She is a Nurse leader with over thirty-three years of experience most of which has been in an acute care setting. She has a Master’s degree in Nursing/Business Administration. She is both BLS and ACLS certified.

Cecilia had the pleasure of working in the ambulatory setting at CHA for the first four years both in Specialty and Primary care. She is a well-rounded leader who believes in improving the quality of care a patient receives no matter where they are seeking care. She is passionate about improving quality and has fostered key relationships across the organization to help make change.
