Joel Sawady
I am a primary care physician and Regional Medical Director for Cambridge Family Health and Cambridge Family Health North. My career goal is to develop as a leader in primary care, driving system-wide transformation as well as helping my site and staff provide outstanding care. I would like to pursue continued development in quality improvement and change leadership. In my role as primary care physician, I have gained a deep knowledge of our system, our patients, our internal community, and the communities we serve. As Regional Medical Director for the last three years, I have participated in a number of activities related to site improvement, including the Harvard Medical School Primary Care Improvement Network (PCIN) series for two years, the HMS Medical Director Leadership Institute, and the Advancing Teams Program through HMS. Finally, I have been an active participant in our site PIT team and other site improvement activities, both as Medical Director and prior to that as a PCP.
